Our approach

Somatic, psycho-spiritual therapy. We provide an intentional, sacred space grounded in ancestral & indigenous practices. We acknowledge in deep reverence the sacredness of all living beings and their inherent sovereignty, which includes the Earth. Our direction is embodied liberation. Working with the Soma to release, soften, and open to receive the human self. Our work is trauma-informed, in helping integrate the fragmentation into a coherent narrative of self, other, and global community. Our work is sourced and grounded in ancestral wisdom traditions and our collective human spirit. We believe we enter into BEing and find resonance and harmony within the circle of human beings committed to social justice, equity, and healthy relationship building.

We believe we all have inherent ancestral wisdom with universal technologies that aid us in healing our nervous systems, bodies, and spirits. As we embody and integrate ourselves we organically self-organize and become intuitively connected with all living ecosystems, enhancing our access to our essence, brilliance, and relationally from an inward directive in ecological harminance with our natural environs. This gives us a natural sense of place, contribution, and joyous responsibility to the greater whole.

We believe all systems and organizations must shift from a transactional culture to a human-centered culture respecting our natural biological rhythms. We are nature. As we attune to our natural bio-rhythms, we connect to the Earth’s power, igniting our intuition, and giving us the energy to dream and realize our dream. We become aware of our interrelatedness and interdependence. Love becomes available like the breath is available to every living Being and Joy becomes our fuel for sharing and serving Liberation for all human beings.

We offer individual counseling, group counseling and facilitation, and organization conflict resolution and DEI circle facilitation.
