Organizational Retreats

  • Our ability to place our bodies in nature that is thriving and centered is an integral part of our connection to source and our ECOlogical Wellness. We are nature, there is no separation, returning to nature and sacred sites allows us to remember and return to an embodied sense of ourselves including and beyond our human limitations. Plant medicine within ceremony and ritual can assist our purging process to removes toxins and become conscious of relational patterns that need to be released to be open to receive what is innate and organic within us and our environs. To return home to ourselves with PRESENCE is the greatest gift we can give ourselves. We are then able to resource and support our living, growing and learning within the relational spaces we inhabit with a conscious recognition of how important nature is to our own nature and well being.

The end result is full acceptant of all our distinct selves and a willingness to show up, be seen, despite no guarantee we will be loved or accepted to discover what we are capable of. Regardless we gain lived wisdom and humanity. All humans have a deep capacity to love, and no one, not even our parents, are obliged to love us, and yet sometimes they (humans) do. The paradox of needing love to be alive and thrive and the respect for sovereighnty and consent of all human beings create interesting encounters with one another. A school of life for never-ending lessons and opportunities to discover what we are capable of. Learning to purge what is in the way of our own relationship with ourselves is an important step to intimacy. As we begin to learn to trust and listen to ourselves we begin to have the energy and curiosity to enter inquiry with others and the world , as a vulnerable, curious human. Here we open the door for opportunities to have real contact with life herself in real time.. And as we began to enter the dance of being in relationship with ourselves, others, and the world at large we begin to widen our space to be at choice, consciously co-creating moments of truth and soul. In these spaces we shed what is not alive and step into active living with Ecological Consciousness

  • Our team brings storytelling, rhythms, movement paired with SEED technology to assist organizations and humans to shift out of transactional based work culture into human centered work culture where reciprocity and mutuality are core values in building relationships of trust and collaboration for a shared goal, vision and mission. We are all dreamers and are here to learn how to activate and potentiate our potential within the skills we already innately have and need to cultivate. Our personal dreams should connect with our organizational mission which needs to connect to a larger ECOlogical lens. Similar to planting seeds within compesino communities. The seeds have encoded within them their potential as well as the resources to activate itself, finding the right soil to plant the seen, then the right water (love) and right amount of light (nurture) allows the seeds to sprout its radical below into the group looking for a network to connect with and pull the nourishment it needs to sprout above ground, making connection with a source of light to catalyze it upward and outward into its full growth and expression. When organizations take the time to listen, be curious and learn who their emplyee and talent are, it becomes clearer what roles are best suited to support each individual dream and to create network where all the parts connected into a larger systems in reciprocity and mutuality.

  • All systems run into glitches and all relationships run into communication and processing disruptions. As humans with access to rich cultural backgrounds and innate emotional power, harnessing the spark of anger, frustration or even rage into generative energy to be applied towards personal learning, growth, expansion, reconstructing and communication agility strengthens systems, families and organizations. Using psychodrama, actioned based methods and mediation while weaving in storytelling with generational trauma through a racial justice lens can be a catalyst for transformation - both individually and organizationally.

Conflict can be generative and transformative when held within a loving and no judgment container that allows for sound and language to be expressed through arts and movement supporting the CNS. With access to our bodies we can learn to balance our right and left hemisphere into coherence. . Collective relational trauma needs to be healed collectively surrounded and guided by art, music and relational space offering inclusion, diversity and curiosity.dfg
