As an organization, we are committed to sovereignty for all beings and ECOlogy; healthy inner and outer relationships with a culture centering care and nurture for our human and nonhuman relationships. In our work together, we honor and nurture what is emerging, allowing it to take form. We incorporate somatic practices, storytelling, and psychodrama to help clients identify and understand the stories and patterns living in their bodies, minds, and hearts. This process prepares the body's neurological centers to harmonize giving access to the inherent wisdom within. I help clients set intentions helping create a sense of coherence and harmony among the body, mind, heart, and spirit, facilitating the embodiment of emerging aspects of the self. As we learn to have access to ourselves more inner space is available to be at choice with imagination and creativity, strengthening our relational skills.
I guide my clients in rooting their healing and integration by becoming aware of their inner resources, starting with ancestral awareness and connection to the Earth's frequencies. We also explore other forms of resourcing, including self-regulation and co-regulation, to support felt sense of intimacy and self belonging with a sense of vitality and aliveness.
I have been practicing psychotherapy for 20 years, with the last 12 years in private practice. I have extensive experience in trauma work and its impact on power, love, and sex dynamics within relational space. A significant portion of my practice focuses storytelling and body activation accessing the automatic healing center within. I hold female centered circles across all gender expressions and sexual orientations for alignment and embodiemnt, racial healing circles and conflict resolution circles. I work with individuals and couples. As well as creating a spiritual container for clients who are micro-dosing at home on their own with psilocybin and other plant medicines and for those looking for support in integrating ceremonial experience with Master Plants.
I also offer consultation for leadership development within the circle framework - a non-linear, circular leadership model focusing on collaboration, reciprocity, mutuality within the Sacred Hoop archetype.

My first conscious memories of learning come from the natural world and my immediate family. I was blessed to grow up in a spiritually rich and well-resourced family. My grandmothers, Maria del Refugio and Maria Josephina (MiPina), were my first and most influential medicine mentors. Of course the values instilled in me by my parents, and large extended family, as well as the love and bond I continue to live into with my brothers, and finally the love and teachings through my relationship with my courageous daughters - my greatest teacher helping me weave my medicine so its relative to today’s youth - our future.
I am deeply grateful to them for weaving forth their cultural traditions and passing them on to their grandchildren. My medicine is strong because of the foundation they provided, and I hold deep respect, love and gratitude for them.
