  • All Humans need love, warmth and belonging consistently and reliably. All living organisms learn to self organize when resourced and supported. A disorganized system is not able to sense hear, feel, and be with themselves. The inner noise is too loud, the inner chaos too overwhelming to be present, connect or feel into our Being. Intimacy (intoME+I+See) is a close relationship between our human selves with our spirit/Soul self, a self inquiry, resting in, not knowing, with a curious desire to begin to discover who we really are and what we desire. All we need to begin our inner journey is at least one reliable source of Love to discover that LOVE is everywhere.

The end result is full acceptant of all our distinct selves and a willingness to show up, be seen, despite no guarantee we will be loved or accepted to discover what we are capable of. Regardless we gain lived wisdom and humanity. All humans have a deep capacity to love, and no one, not even our parents, are obliged to love us, and yet sometimes they (humans) do. The paradox of needing love to be alive and thrive and the respect for sovereighnty and consent of all human beings create interesting encounters with one another. A school of life for never-ending lessons and opportunities to discover what we are capable of. Learning to purge what is in the way of our own relationship with ourselves is an important step to intimacy. As we begin to learn to trust and listen to ourselves we begin to have the energy and curiosity to enter inquiry with others and the world , as a vulnerable, curious human. Here we open the door for opportunities to have real contact with life herself in real time.. And as we began to enter the dance of being in relationship with ourselves, others, and the world at large we begin to widen our space to be at choice, consciously co-creating moments of truth and soul. In these spaces we shed what is not alive and step into active living with Ecological Consciousness

  • How we carry our stories, those inherited t by our ancestors (parents and so forth), stories we have created and stories imposed on us impact our decisions, patterns and vision.

n the Indigenous LandReconnection movement, I start with the Body as first territory, land as our bodies in healing our sense of displacement to have access to enter inquiry with our stories . Recapitulación is an ancient Olmeca/Tolteca ritual to reclaim and re-integrate our life force from our lived experiences and trauma. In this process we use somatic tools to breath back in, our lost or trapped life force. We examine stories we embody from our past, lived and inherited, and breathe out that which is not ours returning to our original essence. There is inquiry, storytelling, witnessing, and healing with deep understanding. The ability to rewrite our narratives, realigning our values and belief systems with coherence to move forward with our dream, mission and purpose becomes possible.

  • An intentional ceremonial circle, honoring the sacredness of life with warmth and relational reciprocity and mutuality to hold space for clients to practice presence, truth telling, curiosity and intimacy. A space to lean into the body as an instrument of love and peace. A place where our life stories organically emerge hungry to be heard and witnessed into healing and recognition. As we enter this living space our spirit self organizes our story into coherence in real time. Many times for the first time and the soul finds a way back home to our soma/bodies.

This type of collective healing allows our CNS to be supported in healing our collective trauma in the space with were harmed within relational space and collective space. A chance to release the imprint of collective harm and replace it with warm loving memories of being held with the human heart open and free.

Modalities : Storytelling, psychodrama, singing, dance and drumming.
